Originally from Chicago, IL, Matt moved to San Diego to leave the winters behind while he broadened his studies of Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Mr. Alavi graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, one of the largest Acupuncture Medical Colleges in the United States. While there, Matt trained under many of the finest health practitioners in his field, gaining a deeper understanding and knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In adjunct to his studies at Pacific College, Matt continued his education and clinical expertise at Chengdu Traditional Medical Hospital in Chengdu, China.
Dr. Corradino Graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, Cum Laude, in 1995 with his Masters in Traditional Oriental Medicine. Dr Corradino has been in the field of Integrated Medicine since his graduation (13+ yrs). Dr. Corradino’s mission in life is to reach and expose quality Traditional Chinese Medicine to as many people as possible in his lifetime as to present an effective, quality option for health care and aiding in the integration of Eastern, Western, and, Natural medicine. While on the east coast, Dr Corradino ran the acupuncture department for 15 integrated medical facilities. Dr. Corradino relocated to San Diego in 2004 to complete his clinical Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, DAOM, to further enrich and deepen his understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Jeffrey earned his Bachelors of Science at the University of California, San Diego in Molecular Biology and his Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. He is a Licensed Acupuncturist by the California State Board of Acupuncture, as well as a Diplomat in Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission.
Born and raised in “Sunny San Diego” Paul E. Nepomuceno was introduced to Holistic medicine in the Far East. He finished with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a particular interest in the Psychology of Dreams and Psychosomatachology which is the Mind-Body relationship, that repressed emotions can manifest into specific structural disorders.
Drew is a licensed and board certified acupuncturist in the State of California. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2008, with a Masters of Science degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine.
Studying and working in the Oriental and Western bodywork traditions since 1997, with a background in education and psychology, Jackie’s previous experience includes providing massage therapies for clients and staff in the area of women’s health and addiction & recovery.
Kelly Austin received her degree in naturopathic medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2004. She practiced in Canada for several years before relocating to San Diego. She has spent the majority of her career working in corporate settings helping the employees establish a healthy lifestyle, as well as lecturing for government agencies.
